Is redefining culinary enrichment at sea with the launch of its new Epicurean Enrichment Studio
State-of-the-art culinary theaters debuting aboard Seven Seas Mariner and Seven Seas Voyager. Designed to immerse guests in global gastronomy, the innovative concept connects destinations through flavor, history, and storytelling, elevating the cruise experience far beyond the plate.
Conceived by Kathryn Kelly, executive chef and director of culinary enrichment for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises, the Epicurean Enrichment Studio will premiere aboard Seven Seas Mariner during its 2026 World Cruise, followed by Seven Seas Voyager beginning in May 2026.

Every detail is thoughtfully crafted to connect travelers with the stories, traditions, and authentic flavors of each region.”
The Epicurean Enrichment Studio offers a rich portfolio of immersive experiences built around five signature pillars: Epicurean Passport Series; Chef’s Circle; Chef’s Table; Chef-Led Epicurean Enrichment Tours; and Chef-Hosted Dining—each designed to deepen guests’ understanding of global cuisine and cultural traditions.
As part of a multi-million-dollar refurbishment program, Seven Seas Mariner’s Stars Lounge and Seven Seas Voyager’s former Club.com internet space and boutique will be transformed into dedicated Epicurean Enrichment Studios, further reinforcing Regent’s position at the forefront of ultra-luxury cruising.
“The Epicurean Enrichment Studio represents the natural evolution of our culinary philosophy,” said Chef Kelly. “Our guests want to see the world through a culinary lens—blending history, flavor, and authentic experiences into every voyage.”
Each cruise will begin with a sparkling wine open-house reception, allowing guests to meet the resident chefs and register for programming across the five pillars:
Epicurean Passport Series
The cornerstone of the program, this series features destination-focused lectures exploring regional culinary history, signature ingredients, and iconic recipes. Guests receive an illustrated recipe collection and a keepsake culinary passport, stamped upon completion of each region. The program spans more than 20 culinary regions, including French Polynesia, Southeast Asia, Iberia, India, and Patagonia.
Chef’s Circle
Exclusively available to Epicurean Passport participants, Chef’s Circle offers dynamic, regionally inspired programming such as epicurean trivia, author-led culinary book signings, expert mixology sessions, film screenings, and immersive storytelling experiences.
Chef’s Table
This two-part experience combines intimate culinary lectures—covering topics such as olive oils or global spices—with live, interactive cooking demonstrations. Dishes reflect regional specialties, from Spanish paella and Indian biryani to Scandinavian gravlax.
Chef-Led Epicurean Enrichment Tours
With more than 70 curated shore excursions, guests join Regent chefs to explore local markets, renowned vineyards, and authentic kitchens ashore. Optional post-tour discussions in the Epicurean Enrichment Studio further enrich the experience.
Chef-Hosted Dining
By invitation only, these exclusive dinners seat no more than eight guests alongside Regent’s culinary team in the cruise line’s specialty restaurants. Evenings begin with a cocktail reception and behind-the-scenes insights into the cuisine served.
